Understanding New Pool Construction
Laying the Groundwork for Quality and Creativity
New pool construction isn’t just about digging a hole and pouring in water. It’s an intricate process that requires planning, engineering, creativity, and compliance. At Enciso’s, we take a turnkey approach, managing the project from initial design consultation to final walk-through.
We start with a detailed design consultation and a 3D rendering through our 3D Gallery to help you visualize the final outcome. From there, we handle excavation, plumbing, steelwork, shotcrete/gunite, tile, coping, decking, and more. Every phase is executed by experienced professionals using high-end materials and trusted pool equipment like pumps, filters, and heaters.
Our pool construction process includes:
Custom design and layout
Permit assistance and city approvals
Excavation and site preparation
Plumbing and steel reinforcement
Shotcrete or gunite application
Interior finishes and custom features
Final inspection and start-up
